Breaking it down, plain and simple
Finding a clean and spacious room is the best part of my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception who treated us to cookies and fresh popcorn. Breakfast was satisfying, with tasty omelets being a standout. Plus, parking was a breeze, making it convenient for anyone visiting nearby medical facilities.

laundry room for guests, proximity to St Vincent's Hospital, good value for medical visits
The hotel’s entry system is confusing, especially for late arrivals!!! No conditioner or lotion provided in rooms, which is disappointing for the price!!! Unclear pet fee structure could use some transparency!!!

Great for a peaceful stay
We spent one night here, and it was super chill. The room was comfy, and the breakfast was decent, regular hotel stuff. Only thing was the entrance lock at 8 PM. If you come back late, just remember to grab your key! Still, it felt like a little oasis during a busy trip.

Great group trip! We had so much fun exploring a guided tour that highlighted turn-of-the-century life. Super close to Montana State University and Dehler Park, both just a short walk away. Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our needs. I’d recommend this spot for a fun stay with friends!
The only downside was that breakfast options were pretty limited, which was a letdown for us. We hoped for more variety to start our days.

It was a fitting option for a weekend outing in Billings with extraordinarily good value for money. The night clerk greeted us warmly when we returned from the hospital late at night, which was appreciated. Make sure to use the parking lot to avoid hassle.

Our king room was super clean and very comfortable, just what we needed after a long drive. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, offering extra pillows for my husband after his surgery, that was excellent.
It might have cost a bit more than expected, but overall it was still satisfactory.

The location is quite convenient, right by the hospital, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, the room had some cleaning issues like stains on the sheets, and the bed was too soft for comfortable sleep. Overall, a decent stay considering the circumstances.
